The class finishes in savasana with time for deep rest, while live accompaniment from crystal bowls, resonant instruments and voice stimulate the Vagus nerve response, encouraging the body to soften and the brain to slow down as the benefits of the practice integrate.
Flow state isn't luck—it's a frequency you can learn to access. Vibrational sound practitioner Tensuhi combines Qi Gong movement, breathwork, and ancient Japanese sound toning to guide participants through a tangible shift in their physiological and mental state. Working with Alpha, Beta, and Theta brainwave patterns, this session gives you a practical toolkit for moving beyond stress and anxiety and into clarity, presence, and peak creative function.
Mindful Connections is a safe, reflective space by the AFEM Health Group, created to support members to step beyond their roles, reconnect as individuals, and build meaningful support systems - supporting personal wellbeing and sustainable ways of engaging in the electronic music industry. Through open, pressure-free conversations, this session encourages reflection on experiences, clearer expectations, healthier boundaries, and mindful practices that can be carried into future networking events, professional collaborations, and any setting where wellbeing intersects with work. A live immersive listening session by MusicForTheSea founder and ambient artist Coco Francavilla, exploring the connection between the Ocean and human experience through sound. Rooted in the idea of the Ocean as our first sensory memory, the session (previously presented at the UN Ocean Conference) blends underwater recordings, modular synthesis, and subtle binaural beats to guide listeners into slower, meditative states.
