Methe Buhl

Methe Buhl is a London-based music executive with a career spanning artist management, music publishing and recorded music. She is the founder of PB Management and Music Matters Songs (the latter in via Sony Music Publishing) and co-founder of Ulu Records alongside artist Robin M. Through her portfolio of boutique companies, Methe takes a long-term, hands-on approach to the music industry, building genuine connections between talent and opportunity across both creative and commercial spaces. Her work is grounded in sustainable artist development and an honest rethinking of what success looks like, one that puts cultural impact, community and longevity on equal footing with chart performance. When Robin M set out to launch ULU Records, he brought Methe in as co-founder, drawn to her strategic thinking and the care she brings to every project. The label has since grown into a fast rising underground label built around melodic, deep and globally influenced sounds, earning chart-topping releases on Traxsource and Beatport as well as platinum and gold certifications. In 2024, ULU expanded its world with the launch of its own event series; intimate and sold-out shows that have deepened its connection with its community.
