Trina Smith is a London-based music consultant and founder of Sourcery Collective, a boutique consultancy working across artist strategy, A&R, sync and catalogue development. She operates at the intersection of creative and commercial, helping artists, rights holders and brands unlock value in a rapidly evolving music landscape.
Alongside her consultancy work, Trina serves on the Executive Board of the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM) and is Co-Chair of Women in Music UK, where she focuses on driving meaningful change, education and opportunity across the industry. She is also a Global Advisory Board member for In Place of War, supporting initiatives that harness creativity as a tool for social impact in communities around the world.
