Roberta Hickey

Roberta Hickey is a music industry professional with over 15 years experience across label relations, artist booking, marketing, and partnerships. She began her career managing social media for Carl Cox and leading electronic music brands, before going on to work with global artists including Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Stormzy, and Diplo through roles at MTV and Meta. She has consistently worked at the intersection of music and innovation, serving as Head of Artist Relations at MelodyVR, where she pioneered ticketed VR live streams and helped deliver the world’s first 360° streamed Wireless Festival. Later, in the Middle East, she led artist bookings for MAC Global, playing a key role in growing the region’s electronic and live music scene. Deeply rooted in electronic music, Roberta has worked with Beatport since 2019, contributing to major initiatives including IMS Ibiza and the launch of IMS Dubai. She now runs events globally as part of the Beatport Live team, delivering culturally relevant experiences and expanding the brand’s international footprint. Roberta is also the founder of Little Pink Book, a platform dedicated to championing and supporting women in the music industry.
