The 17th edition of IMS Ibiza begins Wednesday 22 April, and we are excited to welcome you to the summit at Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza, Cala Llonga.
Please read the information below carefully to ensure you maximise your IMS Ibiza 2026 experience.

IMS Ibiza extends well beyond the summit stages - there are many events, showcases, parties, mixers, lunches, dinners and opening parties in the island's biggest venues for delegates to enjoy. Please view the events page and the summit schedule on the IMS website to find out the full list of events - some events are still unannounced so be sure to check back regularly!
The IMS Ibiza finale takes place on Friday, April 24 at the breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage site Dalt Vila above Ibiza Old Town. Only delegates who have purchased the reduced ticket bolt-on can access this iconic event.
Please carefully check entry conditions and times for all events and venues as some restrictions may apply. Select events require you to bring your wristband and lanyard to gain entry. Some events require purchase of a separate ticket.
Access to events is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity, we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

Your delegate wristband and badge is required to access the summit, wristbands are issued once only. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
Cars, parking and Taxis
Parking at Hyde and Mondrian is not available during the summit as the car park will not be in operation during the event. Free parking is available in Cala Llonga less than a five-minute walk from the summit, this will be clearly signposted during event days and there will be traffic marshalls on site.
We strongly recommend that you pre-arrange transport to and from the summit if you are staying outside of Cala Llonga or are planning to attend any evening events. If you are staying at the hotel or wish to depart from the summit you can request a taxi from the hotel reception. There will be a taxi stand in the main car park and a village taxi stand just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, by the local bus stop, although please note taxis will not always be available.

Transfer VIP Ibiza - Private driver services
Pre-booking via email during office hours is essential. Quote IMS IBIZA to receive a discounted rate.
Breakfast is included for guests staying at the summit hotels, served from 07.30–10.30 in Hyde and 08.00–11.00 in Mondrian.
Cuyo Bar in Hyde will be open daily from 11:30–19.00 offering a full table service menu as well as grab-and-go options.
Sonrojo Beach Restaurant will be open daily from 12:00–23:00. Make a reservation at Sonrojo.
Sun & Moon in Mondrian will be open daily from 09:00–19:00, offering coffee and pastries from 09.00–12:00 and a table menu from 11.30–19.00. Please note some special events are happening during the summit and at times the bar may be closed for private use, check the full IMS agenda for further details.
Hyde Pool Bar will be open daily from 10:00–17.00 offering a full drinks service, with food available from 12:00.
A coffee bar, food trucks will be open daily from 10.00–17.00 daily adjacent to the delegate registration tent, free water refills will also be available here all day.
With a full schedule of talks, networking and late nights, taking care of your mental wellbeing is just as important as everything on the programme. Ibiza Calm is on-site at IMS Ibiza, offering confidential 1:1 wellbeing check-ins across 23–24 April.
Whether you need a moment to reset, talk things through, or manage the pace of the week, support will be available throughout the summit. To book with Ibiza Calm, message them on WhatsApp +34 605 871 629. Limited spaces are available.
In addition, AlphaTheta continues its partnership with The Art of Areté, a sanctuary away from the Summit designed to help you recharge and unlock your highest potential.
Your safety and wellbeing are our priority. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or experience any form of harassment, please speak to us immediately. You will be taken seriously, listened to, and supported. You can:
→ Speak to any IMS staff member, look for white t-shirts with CREW written on the back
→ Ask for the Team Leader at the main reception desk
→ Email info@internationalmusicsummit.com for confidential reporting (this is not monitored in real time)
All reports are handled confidentially, and our team is trained to respond quickly and appropriately. If needed, we can support you in removing yourself from a situation safely. We have a zero-tolerance approach to harassment or inappropriate behaviour. Everyone deserves to feel respected and supported at IMS Ibiza.
By attending IMS Ibiza 2026 you grant IMS Ibiza and its partner(s) permission to take photos and to film, tape, record, reproduce, broadcast and otherwise exploit (parts of) the session(s) and your personal contribution thereto. IMS Ibiza and its partner(s) may also include your name, voice, likeness, persona and any biographical facts in its/their related communication, of whatever nature, in any and all mediums and/or media, now known or hereafter known.
