Through open, pressure-free conversations, this session encourages reflection on experiences, clearer expectations, healthier boundaries, and mindful practices that can be carried into future networking events, professional collaborations, and any setting where wellbeing intersects with work.

Step into Plaza del Parque: Ibiza Town's beloved open-air square where locals and travelers gather in one of the island's most authentic settings. In partnership with IMS, Flamenca Records brings a free, public showcase of flamenco electro fusion, Latin and tech house to this iconic setting.

Cuban-American DJ and producer Nicole Fiallo has charted multiple tracks in Beatport's Top 100 via Nervous Records, HoTL, Made in Miami and Be One, with a touring schedule spanning stages from Ibiza to Australia. Spanish DJ and Flamenca Records founder STBAN has collaborated with the likes of James Hurr, Raffa FL and Jesus Fernandez, taking his deep love for Spanish culture and electronic music to World Club Dome, Montreux Jazz Festival, AirBeat One and SXM Festival and beyond.
