Networking Platform Usage Policy

The IMS networking platform is designed to help delegates connect, arrange meetings and build professional relationships during the summit. All users are expected to use the platform respectfully and responsibly.

Professional Use.

The networking platform should be used for professional communication related to the summit, including introductions, meeting requests and industry discussions.

Respectful Messaging.

Messages sent through the platform should remain professional and appropriate. Delegates should not send unsolicited, inappropriate or repeated messages to other users. If someone does not respond to a message or declines a meeting request, that decision should be respected.

No Spam or Promotional Messaging.

The networking platform should not be used to send bulk promotional messages, unrelated marketing communications, or unsolicited sales outreach.

Blocking Function

Delegates can block other users within the platform if they do not wish to receive further messages.

Enforcement.

Misuse of the networking platform may result in suspension of messaging privileges or further action under the IMS Delegate Code of Conduct.
