Toby Andrews

Toby Andrews is the founder and owner of AndMUSIC and Label Manager of Experts Only, the label of global DJ and producer John Summit. His work spans record label operations, artist management, and creative services, focused on building culturally impactful artists and forward-thinking partnerships. Toby previously served as President of Astralwerks Records, the #1 dance label in the U.S., where he oversaw major global hits including Marshmello’s “Happier,” Fisher’s “Losing It,” Illenium’s “Good Things Fall Apart,” and Meduza’s “Piece of Your Heart.” Prior to Astralwerks, he was at Sony Music in London, working on the global careers of Kygo and Martin Garrix. His leadership and creative vision have earned him recognition from Billboard’s 40 Under 40, Variety Hitmakers, and Forbes 30 Under 30.
