Steph Moran

Steph Moran has over a decade of experience in artist management and creative production across the music and creative industries. With a background in art and culture, she began her career in electronic music in Berlin in the mid-2010s, commissioning artwork for digital and vinyl releases. This evolved into roles spanning the full artist management lifecycle for both emerging and headlining talent, including management, creative production, label management, brand development and brand partnerships. In 2023, she joined Prime Culture, where she now leads the company’s music department. Steph oversees music releases and the broader music business infrastructure for the agency’s top-tier artists, while also providing strategic consultation across the wider roster.
