Ski Oakenfull

Ski is an artist, keyboard player and producer living in London. Having started his career with The K-Creative who were signed to Gilles Peterson's Talkin' Loud label in 1991, he went on to release three solo albums, Life Changes, Rising Son, & Short Circuits, play keyboards with bands such as Galliano, Raw Stylus & Two Banks of Four, remix countless tracks, and work at Xenomania. He currently releases music on his own label, Primaudial Records, writes & produces with artists such as Incognito, Dave Lee and Duke Dumont and has ambient electronic project called Ayota. Most recently Ski has co-produced a brand-new album for Galliano, released on Brownswood Records, which culminated in a sell-out gig at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire. Alongside his production work, Ski also holds the position of Head of Education & Curriculum at pointblank Music School and has featured in more than a hundred videos for the school’s YouTube channel racking up over ten million views. His signature track deconstructions draw attention from across the world having showcased them live at events such as IMS, Sonar, ADE, Ableton Loop and much more.
