Starting as technical producer of Blixxem Event Support over 20 years ago, Sander has grown into his role as all-rounder creative director with a full range of skills including event production, show direction, experiential marketing, business development, team leadership, digital media and brand strategy. As the creative manager for Armin van Buuren, he both inspires, creates and protects the brand of a world leading musician and producer.
