Rishi Patel is General Partner and Co-founderof Plus Eight Equity Partners, an early stage venture capital firm launched in2014 that has partnered with electronic music industry leaders to invest instartups at the intersection of entertainment & technology.
Previously, he worked 10 years as an investmentbanker on Wall Street advising corporations and private equity groups on mergers,acquisitions and financing transactions amounting to over $12 billion. He hasworked at firms such as Morgan Stanley & Co., Perella Weinberg LP andJefferies LLC, and currently serves on the Board of MRKTSTAR Inc. (VersusGame).He is also a Board Observer for SUBPAC Inc. and VNTANA Inc. Rishi received hisundergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
