He owns and runs music rights, data and asset management platform rightsHUB.
rightsHUB is the one stop solution for labels, managers, publishers and multiple rights holders to manage all music rights types. Store, clean and deliver master, neighboring and publishing information including their contractual and product data alongside storing all related assets in one secure online location.
As part of the association for electronic music (AFEM) Lee is involved in multiple work groups and helps steer the trade body in the direction expected by its members.
By starting to work in the digital music space very early in its inception, Lee has seen the births of key services like iTunes, YouTube, Beatport, Spotify and Juno and has worked heavily on the collection of performance related income for record labels. This includes working alongside collection societies and technology solutions to gather data and revenue worldwide.
This knowledge paved the way for the creation of rightsHUB.
