Jen Smith

Jen Smith is CEO of the Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority (CIISA) responsible for developing its remit, operating model and governance structure. Jen was responsible for a host of ground-breaking work whilst working at the British Film Institute, including the creation and publication of the screen sectors' first 'Set of Principles and Guidance to Prevent Bullying and Harassment’ in 2018. In 2022 she was asked by Dame Heather Rabbatts and Barbara Broccoli to be the founding CEO of CIISA; a new independent body where people working in music, theatre, film and TV can report behaviours of concern and seek safe confidential advice.
