Frankie Wells

Frankie Wells is the co-founder of foundation.fm, a trailblazing radio station and community platform amplifying women, queer, and non-binary talent. Since launching in 2018, she has helped shape foundation.fm into a cultural force, opening a third space in East London for live broadcasts, events, and workshops, as well as leading creative campaigns with brands like Nike, Adidas, Urban Outfitters, Diageo, and Warner Music. With a background at Global and the BBC, Frankie is a driving voice in building safer, more inclusive spaces and redefining representation across music, nightlife, and culture.
