Emily Dust is a leading voice in UK club culture, host of Bandcamp’s Electronic show and one of the driving forces behind London club night Baile LDN. A boundless and boundary-less selector with a keen ear for emerging sounds and the global underground, Emily has played to thousands at Glastonbury and Roskilde, at Uganda’s infamous Nyege Nyege, and in Rio with Kojey Radical.
Her acclaimed podcast Dances For Buildings showcases Emily’s vast knowledge of electronic music via thoughtful conversations about the art of DJing with some of the most names around, including DJ Target, Nina Las Vegas and Jamz Supernova.
Her radio career began at BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, producing the likes of David Rodigan and Toddla T. She’s presented BBC radio documentaries on Berlin’s electronic music scene and South Africa’s gqom. Her own shows have amassed a dedicated following, interviewing artists like Marfox, Scratchclart and Kampire.
