Dukagjin Lipa

Dugi Lipa is an entrepreneur, artist manager and communications expert with over 25 years of experience across music, media and technology. He manages global pop icon Dua Lipa and founded Sunny Hill, the cultural and philanthropic platform transforming Kosovo’s creative landscape. Holding a master’s in journalism and communications, Dugi’s career spans from his early days at London’s Mean Fiddler venues to leading global marketing, creative and technology ventures. He founded REPUBLIKA Communications, an internationally respected agency delivering international campaigns for major entertainment and fashion clients and advising innovation leaders including Hyperloop TT, Faraday Future and lately acting as an adviser of the Frame Reformer Pilates machines. As Dua's manager, Dugi has recently steered her UK No. 1 album Radical Optimism, headline performances at the Grammys, BRITs and Glastonbury 2024, and a Sold out worldwide stadium tour. Through Sunny Hill, he continues to champion Kosovan and Albanian culture, creativity and opportunity.
