David Serras Pereira

David Serras Pereira is an international lawyer specialising in IP, entertainment and rights management, with a particular focus on electronic music and the digital licensing landscape. He is Head of Licensing & International at Unison Rights, where he leads negotiations with major DSPs, UGC services and digital platforms worldwide. He also runs his own law practice and acts as of counsel on cross-border IP and entertainment matters, representing Portuguese, Spanish and international artists, labels, publishers, managers and projects in the electronic music space and beyond. His work is further shaped by extensive engagement across Africa and experience with collective management organisations in both Europe and Africa.
