Babel Sadek is the A&R Manager at Sony Music Publishing MENA, based in Dubai. With more than eight years of experience across the music industry in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, she has worked with Universal Music MENA, in artist management in Lebanon, and with the well-known producer Jean-Marie Riachi at his studio and on several projects before joining SMP in 2024. In her current role, she is focused on building and developing the publishing ecosystem in the region, signing talents, educating writers on rights and royalties, working on collaborations, and strengthening the region’s global presence.
