Aurelia Sarah Ortiz is the Founder and Managing Director of Encode Talent and Managing Director of Karmat Music/Afterlife.
Through Encode Talent, a boutique agency spanning artist management, creative direction, and brand consultancy, she works with electronic music artists including Anyma, Kevin de Vries, and Colyn, supporting the development of their artistic direction and international presence.
In 2016, she co-founded Afterlife alongside Tale Of Us (Matteo Milleri and Carmine Conte).
Based in Berlin and Ibiza, Ortiz brings a balanced approach that combines strategic oversight with an understanding of the cultural dynamics shaping contemporary electronic music.
