Anthony Baca
VP of A&R, THRIVE MUSIC (US)
Anthony Baca started his career in the music business as an independent manager of young trend setting acts like, Moore Kismet (Billboard 21 Under 21 Artists three years in a row), Rome in Silver, GRAVEDGR, and Whipped Cream, among others, joining top management firm Prodigy Artists in 2019.
Anthony signed Moore Kismet to Thrive Music in 2021 and soon after became an A&R scout for the label. Gudfella was Anthony’s first long time signing to Thrive, and currently has one of the breakout club records of 2026, with “Morning Coffee feat. Jitwam.”
In 2025, Anthony became VP of A&R for Thrive Music. In the last twelve months, he has spearheaded the launch of two sub-label imprints for Thrive, House Rules Records, with a developing artists focus, and Brainrot Records, targeting the internet music space. Other recent signings include, Woodcamp’s viral hit “Eatin’ Good”, Avello’s “Electric Love”, and Australian Drum & Bass act, Pirapus.
