Andrew Salsano

Vice President, Nervous Records (US)

Andrew Salsano is Vice President at Nervous Records and a senior music executive with over 18 years of experience across A&R, artist development, publishing, and global strategy. He began his career at RCA Music Group as a Junior A&R, commissioning remixes for major artists including Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, and Whitney Houston.

Since joining Nervous Records in 2009, Andrew has been instrumental in shaping the label’s modern roster and publishing strategy, signing and developing breakthrough talent such as Damon C. Scott — vocalist on the UK #1 hit “Storm Queen – Look Right Through” — and Climbers, named “Future Stars” by BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, MBE.

More recently, he has helped launch the first singles from Brazil’s Mochakk and Scotland’s Ewan McVicar, driven breakout success from Loofy, and signed Mau P’s global hit, which reached #1 on Billboard Dance, topped Mediabase U.S. radio, and achieved major success across key international markets — including being crowned the #1 track of 2025 by 1001Tracklists’ A State of Dance Music chart.
