Aldwin Camus
Assistant Festival Director, WECANDANCE (BE)
At 24 years old, I am a Brussels-based Belgian creative entrepreneur working at the intersection of hospitality, music, and culture. Through designing and shaping hospitality concepts, I’ve developed a strong foundation in experience creation, storytelling, and building spaces that bring people together.
My journey in music started freelance, working closely with artists through touring and artist liaison roles at festivals. By building genuine relationships, travelling, and proactively reaching out, I created my own opportunities and grew within the industry.
Today, I am Assistant Festival Director at WECANDANCE, where I connect creative direction, music, production, marketing, and partnerships to shape a cohesive festival experience. In 2026, I led a major rebrand and shift in direction, bringing a fresh perspective rooted in diversity, inclusion, and a strong focus on art and design.
My work focuses on creating cultural experiences where music, aesthetics, and community come together, bridging creativity with strategic execution.
