Shelley Frost is the Founder & Director of The Fridge, a leading live entertainment company in the Middle East specialising in bespoke shows, ceremonies, and concert promotion. With 28 years of experience, she brings deep insight into the entertainment landscape across diverse markets.
Since founding The Fridge in 2007, Shelley has helped shape the region's cultural scene through large-scale productions, multi-genre programming, and content curation in groundbreaking formats, working with the likes of Expo 2020, MOTN, Coca Cola Arena and Dubai Opera. Her commitment to music development champions original and emerging artists by operating Dubai's most active venue for new talent alongside her live entertainment production work. This creates sustainable pathways for artists through performance opportunities and placements in shows and events. She is inspired by creativity, collaboration, and believes the best way to preserve culture is to move it forward, by continuously reimagining it.
