CEO / Co Founder, My Love Affair / Djaayz
Raphaël Aflalo is a French entrepreneur and creative strategist based between London, Paris, and Ibiza. He is the Co-Founder & CEO of My Love Affair (MLA) — the award-winning entertainment agency he launched in 2011 alongside Cathy and David Guetta — and of Djaayz, the Dj Market place, platform transforming the way DJs are booked worldwide.
After selling his first digital agency to Publicis in 2007, Raphaël briefly served as Managing Director of Digital at Omnicom Media Group France before founding My Love Affair, with the mission to build authentic bridges between global brands and world-class music talent. Over the past decade, MLA has produced major international campaigns for artists such as David Guetta, Will.i.am, Lenny Kravitz, Steve Aoki, Jean-Michel Jarre, Justin Bieber, and Alicia Keys, in collaboration with brands including HSBC, Tag Heuer, Technogym, Disneyland Paris, Loewe Technology, and Porsche.
In 2023, Raphaël launched Djaayz, a groundbreaking platform co-founded with Cathy Guetta, designed to simplify and scale DJ bookings for the hospitality industry and private events. With more than 12,000 DJs registered across Europe and the U.S. and €2 million in bookings processed within its first year, Djaayz now partners with leading hospitality groups. The platform enables venues to discover, book, and pay DJs instantly — merging fintech and entertainment to empower both artists and venues.
Driven by innovation and storytelling, he continues to expand MLA and Djaayz globally, redefining how brands engage with music and how the next generation of artists connect with audiences.
