Rajat Malhotra is a Partner at Sole, an independently owned festival and creative agency based in Dubai. His work focuses on business strategy and programming.
Originally from India, Rajat has lived in Los Angeles, New Delhi, Florence, Kuwait, and New York City, moving to Dubai in 2004, where he spent eight years as CEO for the Middle East and Africa at a telecom company. In 2013, he stepped away from the corporate world to pursue other interests, eventually leading him to join Sole later that year.
Rajat is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at NYU. His interests sit at the intersection of music and visual arts, with a focus on how independent creators can drive sustainable industry growth in the region.
