Panos began his journey into the world of live entertainment at the age of nine organizing parties for his schoolmates. Fast forward ten years and countless events later, he booked his first artist—bringing David Guetta to Scandinavia for the first time. Just before the boom in electronic live music scene. Panos brought over hundred artists to Scandinavia from intimate clubs to sold out 5,000 cap rooms and moving into large-scale festivals attracting tens of thousands of attendees—all within just a few years.
What started as a small school gathering evolved into promoting major festivals and stadium concerts. After producing large-scale events across Scandinavia and developing a touring model spanning the region, Panos moved to London with the vision of booking talent on a global scale.
As the agent for Avicii, Panos played a pivotal role in guiding the superstar’s career – from club performances and daytime festival slots to headlining some of the world’s biggest festivals, selling out arena tours and stadiums.
Today, Panos runs his own agency, Connected Artists - one of the largest indipendent boutique agencies in the world. Throughout his career, he has represented an impressive roster of artists, including Avicii, Swedish House Mafia, DJ Snake, Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, Alesso, Steve Angello, Erick Morillo, Benny Benassi, R3hab, Don Diablo, and many more. Taking pride in growing Artists from the very start in their career´s into the global scene.
In early 2020 - just before the pandemics Panos joined MDL Beast advisory board, with his experience as a promoter and wide network in the scene he started guiding, curating and building their festival brands and infrastructure, launching music projects with the a overall strategy in contributing to the development of the live music scene in the Kingdom. The work has included everything from intimate desert concerts with acts like Andrea Bocelli, Alicia Keys and Lionel Richie into securing top-tier international talent for some of the world’s largest festivals like Bruno Mars, Eminem and Travis Scott and many more. One of his main projects has been the work in creating a touring model that connects artists and audiences across borders in the region. These efforts have brought global icons and helped secure talent and concerts attracting millions of fans and secure concerts that would without these efforts would not be possible.
