With over 35 years experience in music and media, Nick currently holds the position of Global Editorial Director at Mixmag, the world’s biggest, longest-running and most respected electronic music and DJ culture editorial brand.
The role sees him travel extensively, currently dividing his time between Africa, India and Europe. He also spent several years living in LA and New York City, successfully launching Mixmag and other high-profile editorial brands – including Kerrang! and The Face Magazine – across North America.
A veteran of the electronic music scene he is also a DJ, producer and vocalist, having released records on labels including Atlantic, Classic Music Company, Universal Music, Eskimo and Perfecto - and has a new album due for release on Virgin Records in early 2026.
Nick is also co-founder of the lauded SXM Festival, a boutique electronic music event on the Caribbean island of Saint Martin and co-founder of The Great Oven – a peace building, community cohesion and cultural exchange organisation based around the three core pillars of food, music and art.
