The MDLBEAST Foundation is the non-profit arm of the MDLBEAST company. Nada Alhelabi is a visionary leader dedicated to developing the music and entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. She was part of the founding team that helped establish MDLBEAST as a pioneering force in the region, laying the groundwork for its evolution into a cultural powerhouse. As General Manager of the MDLBEAST Foundation, she spearheads groundbreaking initiatives that promote community growth, sustainability, and innovation within the music industry.
With a Master of Arts in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music, Nada combines strategic insight with creative passion. She leads flagship programs such as XP Music Futures, uniting industry professionals to explore emerging trends and challenges. Her expertise also extends to sound therapy, where she advocates for the therapeutic power of music as part of a holistic approach to cultural development.Under Nada’s leadership, the Foundation has launched impactful programs like XPERFORM, XCHANGE, HUNNA, and the Artist Management Bootcamp—empowering emerging artists, fostering cultural exchange, and advancing well-being within the music ecosystem. The Foundation also invests in research and development for hearing health and pioneered the region’s first hearing health clinic at music events, offering free on-site testing and continuing to raise awareness around safe listening practices.
In addition to her work with the Foundation, Nada consults on giga projects, advising on music and entertainment strategies and specializing in the creation of creative destinations that blend culture, tourism, and experience design. She also serves as a mentor to startups in the entertainment sector, guiding the next generation of innovators.
Her visionary approach continues to position Saudi Arabia at the forefront of the global music industry, building a vibrant and inclusive cultural community that inspires the world.
