Dolly Makhoul

Dolly Makhoul has been leading Label & Artist Solutions as well as Artist Services for Believe in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region since 2014. With a strong academic background, holding multiple Master's degrees in Life Sciences and the History of Religions, Dolly transitioned into the cultural products industry in 2004.

Initially trained as a biology teacher, Dolly’s passion for the cultural landscape led her to shift careers and join Virgin Megastores in 2004. There, she managed the flagship Beirut location until 2008. Dolly then spent six years honing her expertise in the music business at Glava holding, a 360° music company, where she gained comprehensive experience in artist management, production, live performance, and branding. This multifaceted expertise led her to Believe, where she specializes in music digital distribution.

Now based in Paris, Dolly remains committed to education, working as an independent instructor at various local and international colleges specializing in music and technology.
