How can I apply for press accreditation?
Press accreditation can be applied for using this form:
Your submission does not guarantee accreditation and each application will be reviewed within 3-5 working days when a member of the team will be in touch to discuss further. If you have any questions regarding press or media attendance please email ims@neighbourhoodpr.com
Does my IMS Ibiza badge include entry to IMS Dalt Vila
Not all delegate badges include entry to this event, please ensure you select the badge option that says ‘+ IMS Dalt Vila entry’ to ensure you have access to this event.
What clubs, parties and events does my delegate badge give me access to?
All affiliated events and parties will be listed in the official summit running order when it is published, some events are subject to restrictions so please ensure you carefully check the entry conditions of the events you wish to attend. Please note that IMS Dalt Vila entry is only included if you have selected a ‘+ IMS Dalt Vila entry’ badge upon purchase.
Do you offer discounted badges?
We offer concessions for students in full time education, under 27’s, Ibiza residents and those travelling to Ibiza via ferry. To apply for a discounted badge send either proof of being enrolled in full time education, a photo of your passport, proof of residency in Ibiza or your return ferry tickets to info@internationalmusicsummit.com
Please note that applications for concession badges are not guaranteed.
What does a discounted IMS Ibiza badge include?
A concession badge provides you with the same access as a regular IMS Ibiza delegate badge. When applying please ensure you state if you would like to attend IMS Dalt Vila, as concession badges only include access to this event with the optional bolt-on added.
Do I have to supply a name and email for each IMS Ibiza badge that I purchase?
Yes, each IMS Ibiza delegate badge is unique to the person that is registered to it. Please note that you will not be able to access the delegate networking database or enter the summit until the following information has been provided for each attendee - full name, job title, company name, company type, email address. It is vital that a unique email address is supplied for each delegate as this is used to create your log in to the networking platform.
Do I have to provide delegate information when I purchase?
No you do not have to supply all of the information at purchase, this can be supplied later, although there will be an administration charge added to your purchase.
Can I change the name registered to a delegate badge?
Yes, please email info@internationalmusicsummit.com to make any changes. To speed up the process please indicate which delegate can no longer attend and supply the following information for the new attendee: full name, job title, company name, company type, email address.
Can I stay at Hyde Ibiza or Mondrian Ibiza during the summit?
Yes, hotel accommodation is available for attending delegates for the duration of the summit, for more information please visit the Hyde Ibiza & Mondrian Ibiza page of the IMS website. Please note that all hotel guests must be registered IMS Ibiza delegates to access the hotels during the summit.
Where else can I stay in Ibiza if I don’t want to stay at Hyde Ibiza or Mondrian Ibiza?
IMS has partnered with a number of other hotels on the island who provide preferential rates for IMS Ibiza delegates. For more information visit the ‘other hotel accommodation’ page of the IMS website.
I can’t attend IMS Ibiza anymore, can I get a refund?
Refunds for delegate badges will be granted up to 30 days prior to the summit, less a €50 administration fee for each item that requires a refund. Please email info@internationalmusicsummit.com to request.
What is your Hyde Ibiza & Mondrian Ibiza hotel room cancellation policy?
Hotel accommodation cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.

What is the 1% that is included in my badge price purchase?
1% from all delegate badge purchases which will be donated to our climate action partner EarthPercent. When will the IMS networking app be live?
The IMS networking app will launch in Q1 2024, if you are a registered delegate you will be sent an email with your login credentials when the app is live. We recommend adding info@internationalmusicsummit.com to your email address book to ensure you do not miss any key information or summit updates.

What is the minimum age for IMS Dalt Vila?
IMS Dalt Vila is an 18+ event.
Can I bring my child to IMS Ibiza?
Children are permitted at Mondrian Ibiza & Hyde Ibiza during summit hours only, provided they are with a responsible adult at all times. All guests aged 16 and over must be registered as IMS Ibiza delegates.
