WHAT: Leonard has shown huge versatility across all genres and has signed or played a key role in the careers of artists such as Coldplay, Lily Allen, Gorillaz, Kylie Minogue, Swedish House Mafia, Chemical Brothers, Tinie Tempah, Emeli Sande, David Guetta, Eric Prydz and Deadmau5. He is UK major label executive of the highest level. And an Ibiza regular and lover.

HIGHLIGHTS: Leonard explained his route into the industry as an A&R scout and how the business models of major labels had to diversify after the fall in digital sales. This Keynote includes his take on the power of radio stations, and his judgement on the great streaming debate.
