Salam has over 12+ years of experience in the music industry. Her role has led to key partnerships and achievements for Anghami, as she was part of the team that handled the exclusive signing with Amr Diab in 2022. In addition to the multiple campaigns with Tier A local and global artists, Salam also launched key initiatives for up-and-coming artists such as the 'Sawt Jdeed' program, which spotlighted emerging talent like Zeyne, Husayn, Zef, Malak Al Hussainy, and others.

Her impact included reintegrating the Merlin network with Anghami in 2019 and promoting Rotana's famous catalog in 2022 after it was re-acquired to the platform. Salam’s influence extended to mental health initiatives post-COVID-19, coordinating the 'Sukoon' campaign on Anghami. Through artist interviews, curated playlists, and live program launches, she has solidified Anghami's position as the creative hub of the music community in the MENA region.
