Recognising the need to mitigate the environmental impact of the summit, a 5% donation has been added to the price of all delegate badges, each donation will be match funded by IMS and used to fund carbon removal initiatives, working in partnership with A Greener Festival. This is one step in a series of actions that will be implemented at the summit to ensure best practice in core summit values is not only highlighted, but also acted upon.

 

Please note that when purchasing a badge or hotel package all delegates must adhere to our COVID-19 vaccination and testing policy, you can read our latest policy here.

 

OUR LATEST VACCINATION & TESTING POLICY

IMS requires all delegates and staff to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least 14 days after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination i.e. original/copy/picture of vaccination card.

In absence of this, delegates must be able to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test taken within 72-hours before arrival into the summit venue. 

Please note that COVID-19 entry requirements in affiliated venues may differ from that of IMS. It is the responsibility of each delegate to check they meet entry requirements for each event outside of Destino that they wish to attend.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

IMS Ibiza will adhere to all measures required by Spanish law at the time of the event.

Temperature checks upon entry, mask wearing in public spaces and hand sanitizing stations are expected. 

 

TESTING POSITIVE FOR COVID

If you test positive for COVID-19 during the summit it is your responsibility to quarantine for 14 days or for as long as is required by Spanish law at the time of the event. 

The IMS team will assist you in finding an appropriate facility to quarantine, please note any costs will be the responsibility of the delegate. 

IMS highly recommends that delegates purchase travel insurance if travelling from outside of Ibiza. Please ensure you carefully read the terms and conditions of your policy to understand what cover is provided in relation to COVID-19.
